Your Deposit
Your Deposit is Non-Refundable & will go towards the purchase price of your puppy. You will also need to submit an Application so we can hold your place on our reservation list for a current or future available puppy. Once we receive your Deposit your place in picking order is secured. After the deposit is made you will receive a follow-up email by our staff within 3-5 business days to choose/confirm your specific puppy, delivery, and remaining payment options. Visit the bottom of our Available Puppy page to place a deposit on any future puppy.
Please note: Your deposit is transferable to any future litter as long you haven’t had your pick out appointment and selected your puppy.
USDoodles Puppy Selection Process
4 Weeks Before Birth
Newborns – 2 Weeks
We are very busy working with each mom and her pups ensuring they are happy and healthy. As we are able, we email families a birth announcement which will include (a picture of mom and her pups,)the final puppy & gender count and we’ll ask to confirm which gender each family is selecting from.
We will also begin scheduling appointments for puppy pick-outs and will know when the earliest take home date will be. Photos will be uploaded to our website under each mom’s parent page.
4 – 5 Weeks Old
6 – 7 Weeks Old
Based on the order in which deposits were received, you pick out your puppy in person or via video chat. We allow up to 40 minutes per appointment.
Please note: This is the only visit we allow along with take home to minimize stress. We also ask that families do not show up early or if late do not overstay; puppies are scheduled appropriate rest time between visits.
7 – 9 Weeks Old
We will take one last individual photo of your puppy before they go home. This photo is uploaded to the mom’s page and/or emailed. Final payment information, take home instructions, feeding guide, crate training tips, product recommendations and next vaccinations dates are typically emailed when pups are 6-8 weeks old.
9 – 10 Weeks Old
9 weeks is the soonest puppies can go from our home to yours! Puppies needing to stay longer than 10 weeks of age, incur our basic package boarding fee. Final payment to be received by 9 weeks.
10 Weeks + Onward
Once your pup has gone home we will be available to provide ongoing support. We love to stay in touch with our Doodle owners and hear all about how your doodle is doing! We are active on social media and also host frequently doodle events and birthday parties and we would love to see you there!
What is Included
Along with your puppy you will be receiving the following:
• Health Record showing up to date vaccines and anti-parasite treatment
• 2 Year Health Warranty
• Consultation(s) in person, by phone, email, and/or video. We are here to help with your puppy questions
• Sample of current puppy food.
